Terms of
Service.
Good business begins with clarity. Here’s how our website works, how B2B conversations begin, and where written agreements take over.
Clarity in every detail.
About these terms
Welcome to Younihao at youniha.com (the “Website”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for accessing and using the Website and its content. The Website is operated for Younihao by Shenzhen Youniha Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website. These Terms address Website use; they do not, by themselves, create a product supply contract.
For business visitors
Our Website primarily serves business-to-business (B2B) visitors, including pet product brands, importers, distributors, wholesalers and sourcing teams exploring OEM/ODM manufacturing, private label products and bulk supply.
Information provided on the Website is intended for general business reference. You are responsible for evaluating its relevance to your market, regulatory obligations and intended use.
Using our website
You may browse the Website and use publicly available information for legitimate business evaluation. You agree not to misuse our Website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software or use automated means in a way that unreasonably burdens our systems.
Do not submit false, misleading, infringing, unlawful or confidential third-party materials without authority to share them. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, its users or our rights.
Products and website content
We aim to present our stainless steel litter boxes, smart litter boxes, automatic pet feeders, pet water fountains and related pet care solutions clearly. However, product photographs, descriptions, specifications, colors, packaging options, illustrations, certifications and availability may be updated without advance notice.
Website content is illustrative and informational and is not a binding promise of product characteristics or suitability. Please request current drawings, specifications, samples and compliance documents relevant to the exact product model before placing an order.
Inquiries, quotations and orders
Contacting us, submitting an inquiry or requesting a sample does not automatically establish a purchase agreement. Prices, minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, tooling, samples, payment terms, shipping arrangements and after-sales responsibilities are subject to our written confirmation.
A commercial arrangement becomes binding only under the relevant agreed documents, such as an accepted purchase order, pro forma invoice, signed supply agreement or other written confirmation. If those documents conflict with these Website Terms, the agreed commercial documents take precedence for that transaction.
Website information starts a conversation.
Written agreements define the order.
Specific product, price, delivery, warranty and payment obligations are confirmed in the documents agreed for each B2B transaction.
OEM / ODM and private label projects
Customization may involve product development, branding, packaging, colors, molds, technical designs and other materials. Ownership, permitted use, tooling costs, exclusivity and confidentiality relating to an OEM/ODM project should be set out in the relevant written agreement.
If you provide trademarks, logos, designs or other materials, you represent that you have the necessary rights to authorize their use for your project. Neither an inquiry nor a Website exchange automatically transfers intellectual property rights to either party.
Samples, quality and compliance
Samples, inspections, testing, quality acceptance standards, applicable certifications and warranty arrangements depend on the product and the signed commercial terms. Any mention of CE, FCC, RoHS or other reports on the Website should not be interpreted as certification of every product or every market.
Buyers should verify the actual report, applicable model, issuing body, test scope, validity and destination-market requirements. We encourage written agreement on specifications and acceptance criteria before mass production.
Website intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs and other content are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view the Website for ordinary business evaluation, but you may not republish, sell, reproduce or exploit substantial Website content, or use our branding as your own, without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Privacy and third-party links
When you send us an inquiry, your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy to understand how information may be collected, used and shared.
The Website may link to third-party sites or services for convenience. We do not control their content, terms or privacy practices, and inclusion of a link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep the Website accurate, secure and available, but provide Website content on an “as available” and “as is” basis, to the extent allowed by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item of general Website information is complete or up to date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability arising from an actual product order is governed by the applicable commercial agreement and mandatory law.
Updates and applicable agreements
We may revise these Website Terms to reflect operational, legal or Website changes. The “Last updated” date above indicates the current version published on this page. Continued use of the Website after revised Terms are posted signifies acceptance where legally effective.
Applicable laws and dispute-resolution procedures for commercial supply relationships should be specified in the parties’ written contract. These Website Terms do not replace mandatory rights or any valid, separately negotiated agreement.
